Our History

Established in 2021 by Karl Normand Pineda Tabucal, a licensed real estate broker with over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Global experience and project involvement

His exploits include stints in the USA, UK, UAE, Qatar, Singapore, and Malaysia, with functions ranging from business development, operations management, recruitment, training, sales and marketing. His global experience and involvement in high-rise projects in the Philippines highlight the global perspective of who we are. Mr. Tabucal has been involved in the project development of several high-rise buildings in the Philippines and has successfully established business partnerships with foreign marketing and promotions companies.

Entrepreneurial venture

In June 2021, with predictions of a significant increase in real estate activity after several months of constraints and restrictions, he decided to venture on his own to take advantage of the various opportunities that may come his way.

Business growth and client relationships

Eventually, property viewings, appointments, letter offers, signings, and closed deals began to materialize. As economic activities became more livid and engaging, the company was able to take advantage of the opportunities that came along its way, establishing its reputation to both clients and industry partners alike.

In 2023, with greater optimism and higher demand for its services, the company inaugurated its first head office at Common Goal Tower in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang.

In 2024, the company welcomed its first set of employees, and expanded its services into documentation, title processing, market research, consultancy and selling pre-selling properties from distinguished developers.
